01Plan
Plans, engineering and scope, agreed before we start.
We settle the layout, engineering and scope with you first. Then the drawing goes to the workshop floor.
Bowood Constructions · Modular · Kelso NSW
We're a licensed NSW builder making premium modular quarters for mine sites in our own workshop near Bathurst. One team manages design, build, haulage, crane and install.
01Plan
We settle the layout, engineering and scope with you first. Then the drawing goes to the workshop floor.
02Build
We build under a roof, not out in the weather on site. Walls are engineered panels (a new panel system our crew has been using) or steel frames and trusses, rather than timber frame.
Four cladding choices: render, fibre cement, Colorbond or timber.
03Inspect
Each build is checked at set stages in our workshop before it goes on a truck.
04Deliver
We arrange the truck and the crane lift through our trusted subcontract partners. You don't chase either.
05Install
Modules are landed, connected and fitted out on site by the trades we manage, and joined side by side for larger buildings.
We scale to each job with trusted subcontract partners for haulage, cranes and site trades. You deal with one team.
06Your quarters
Choose the use, modules, cladding and base, then send us the sketch. Indicative only, with no prices.
